Meet Your New BFF (Best Friend Forever) HERE!

Promoting healthy lifestyles for dogs and their people.

This is a membership program focused on providing support for, and education about, cooperative people & pet fitness.

The goal of the program is to help both you and your dog lose weight, improve overall heart health, flexibility, increase endurance and provide mental stimulation with a great workout in a fun setting, using exercises that are easy to follow.

We want to get people and pets active together so both stay healthy and fit.

Fitness Facts

  • Lack of energy
  • Shorter lifespan
  • Arthritis
  • Heart Disease
  • Respiratory Problems
  • Diabetes

People who exercise with their dogs are more successful at staying fit than non-dog owners [Prevention Magazine]
