Attendees were forced to wear shades (along with their leis and grass skirts) because of the dazzling success of our 2012 Cool Cat Casino Night. And, of course, it was a balmy 70+ degrees since Cool Cat went Hawaiian! A thousand “alohas” of thanks to everyone who contributed to the event, including event lead Debbie Stewart, more than 40 volunteers who worked so diligently throughout the night, all of our attendees, and our many, many supporters.
How did we do …
Attendees: More than 180
Fund raised: $16,400+
Benefit to our rescues: February 28 is World Spay Day. $16,000 means 164 dogs or cats can be spayed or neutered. It’s the only way to “fix” the problem of overpopulation.
